Capture the inquiry
Collect contact, vehicle and damage information through a PDR-specific intake process instead of starting from an empty contact record.
We’re building a GoHighLevel system around how paintless dent repair businesses nationwide handle inquiries, damage photos, inspection scheduling and follow-up.
In final testing. Join for launch updates and early-access opportunities. The snapshot is not available to purchase or install yet.
A lead calls, damage details and photos arrive in different places, an inspection needs scheduling, follow-up gets delayed and the completed repair never turns into a review. The snapshot is designed to give that customer journey one defined place to go.
Collect contact, vehicle and damage information through a PDR-specific intake process instead of starting from an empty contact record.
Track each lead from new inquiry and damage review through inspection, customer decision, booking, completed repair and review follow-up in a purpose-built pipeline.
Use draft workflows and templates for intake, appointment reminders, post-inspection follow-up and review requests—then configure and test them for your business before publishing.
The release is being prepared for eligible HighLevel accounts. These are the intended capabilities; final acceptance and buyer-installation testing are still underway. Your business-specific settings, service connections and testing will be required before activation.
Preview artwork from our draft Marketplace listing. The product remains in final testing and is not available to purchase or install yet.
Current release scope: 11 workflows supplied in Draft, including optional after-call voice photo follow-up. All workflows require business configuration and testing before activation. Conversation AI and Voice AI are optional frameworks requiring separate setup and usage charges. Bookings and revenue are not guaranteed.

Planned one-time pricing for one named PDR company: $297 self-install or $699 standard installation. Final testing is still underway; neither option is currently available to purchase. Your eligible HighLevel account and provider usage charges are separate.
Important: The snapshot organizes customer, vehicle, damage and photo information. It does not determine repairability, create binding estimates or guarantee leads, appointments or revenue. HighLevel subscriptions, phone numbers, messaging, email, domains, AI and other provider charges are not included.
The planned installation service covers the included snapshot assets, business settings, user and calendar assignments, service-connection guidance and launch QA. Availability depends on completing release and installation acceptance testing.
Get Launch UpdatesData migration, account cleanup, new custom workflows, websites, advertising, additional AI agents, advanced integrations and ongoing consulting are not part of the standard installation.
